Send a private link. They review the report and record a link acknowledgment — reviewed, no login — right in their browser. Our server countersigns that acknowledgment the same way it anchors captures, so it's a server-countersigned record, not an editable database row.

A displayed name in an acknowledgment is evidence the link was opened and reviewed — not a notarized signature or verified identity. We say so plainly, on the acknowledgment page itself.
