Evidence you can prove.
Not just claim.

SealMove signs every photo and video the instant you take it, then anchors it with a server timestamp the next time you're online. Don't take our word for that — watch it happen below.

First move-out report free · then a one-time $7.99 pass · no subscription

An illustrated demo capture — a kitchen counter corner with a small scuff — used only to demonstrate signing and verification, not a real user's photo.
DEMO CAPTURE — 001

A device clock proves nothing on its own.
So we don't rely on just one.

Every capture carries two honestly-labeled timestamps, not one overclaimed one.

1 Signed the instant it's takenA key held in your phone's Secure Enclave signs each photo or video the moment you capture it — fully offline, no connectivity required. Empty apartments rarely have signal; SealMove is built for that, not around it.
2 Anchored the next time you're onlineOur server independently countersigns the capture's content hash — never the photo itself — the first moment your device regains connectivity. That's a second, server-attested timestamp a phone's own clock can't fake.
3 Independently verifiable, on its ownA finished report exports as a self-contained bundle carrying every hash, signature, and public key it needs. The verifier at api.sealmove.com/verify checks it locally in a browser — no upload, no account, no dependency on SealMove staying in business.

If you're the tenant

Walk the apartment before you sign the lease. When you move out, SealMove lines every room up against your move-in photos automatically — so a deposit dispute is a side-by-side comparison, not your word against a landlord's memory.

If you're the landlord

Document a unit's real condition before a new tenant moves in, and hand over the same room-by-room record when they move out. It protects you the same way it protects them — the report doesn't take sides.

The report is a comparison,
never a first impression.

Move-out is measured against your actual move-in baseline — room by room, automatically lined up.

Send a private link. They review the report and record a link acknowledgment — reviewed, no login — right in their browser. Our server countersigns that acknowledgment the same way it anchors captures, so it's a server-countersigned record, not an editable database row.

A displayed name in an acknowledgment is evidence the link was opened and reviewed — not a notarized signature or verified identity. We say so plainly, on the acknowledgment page itself.

Add your state's deposit-return rules, cited.

An optional add-on report for all 50 states, built from actual statute text — deposit-return deadlines, inspection requirements, and whichever official form exists (only Connecticut has a state-published one). Not legal advice, and every page says so.

Example — California

21-day deposit return deadline

Cal. Civ. Code § 1950.5 — itemized deductions required, written statement if withheld.

NOT LEGAL ADVICE — see full report for sourcing

One price per move. Never a subscription.

A twice-per-tenancy ritual doesn't need a monthly bill.
